​Bergen County, NJ Young Adult Support (Summer 2024)
Challenge: Difficulty in getting young adults to transition from foster care to independent living by age 19.
Solution: ELEASE LLC developed a customized program for 4 young adults that provided career counseling, laptops, transportation, & connections to the local resources the youth needed to help them transition to self-sufficiency.
Results: 3 of the clients are now living independently & are enrolled in
higher education or employed full-time.
